Wellbeing Music Workshops
I have been lucky enough to create and deliver successful workshops with international musicians Lucinda Drayton (Blissful Music) and Marcus Cliffe (Manfred Mann) since 2011.  During some years we have delivered over 3 workshops in Cornwall and in particular the magical christmas celebration events.     

Coaching Workshops 
Coaching Workshops both for group development and corporate are being delivered for organisations, education sector and the charity sector during the calendar year.   

Creative Workshops
I also get to play and create with Sweetpea & Betty's founder Mary Gander on teaching and creating in workshops.  I have joined Mary in many transformational workshops and delivered events to groups of participants creating change and wellbeing.   

Guest Speaker 
I am happy to deliver talks at networking events to raise the profile of coaching (Carnelian Coaching Wheel of Life Model), CPD, motivation, visionary work and inspirational topics.   I have worked with Business Link, local small businesses, ESF Departments, Truro College, The Royal Cornwall Yacht Club, Wellbeing projects, local school HSE projects, Being Beautiful Event, Penair School Development Day, SENSE Charity, NHS Foundation Trust and RCHT Cornwall.
